Welcome to the October 21, 2009 edition of the Carnival of Cities! Here, The Vacation Gals take you on a tour of fabulous locations all over the globe, courtesy of some fascinating bloggers — some of whom I’ve read before and others who are new to me.
For anyone considering submitting posts for the next Carnival of Cities, remember we’re looking for posts about one aspect of a city — it could be a restaurant review, local news, tips for fun things to do…. but it’s got to be about one city or town. (I had to nix a couple because they were general travel articles that didn’t focus on one particular place.)

Great round up! This will keep me busy for a while.
C’est Bon, Montreal makes me want to leave my flock at home and head north for the weekend.
Fantastic group of articles! I am going to explore sites I haven’t found before!
Thanks so much for hosting the Carnival; I’m pretty jammed right now with commitments and I really appreciate the helping hands!

Thanks for featuring my Montreal post, ladies! And Miss Magpie, I’m glad it inspired you!
For our idea of a fun winter trip, we’d round up @TravelDesigned and her husband and head up to Churchill to hug (um, see) the bears. Such a great post from one of my favorite travel blogs, Travel Wonders of the World!
An excellent reading list. Most were new to me. Thanks.
I agree your view. My study has shown your views to be true, then again, I have also read the opposite from different articles like this one. Do you have any ideas for locating more legitimate ideas on travel tips or related topics? I would definitely appreciate it!
