Yes, my fellow Americans, there are some fun Halloween events and sights in London, England. Halloween events are all over the world, it seems. To us in the United States, it seems that Halloween is as American as apple pie… if the apple pie has a creepy zombie hand coming out of it, anyway. Frequent readers of The Vacation Gals know how much I enjoy goofily celebrating Halloween, and it’s a pleasure for me to see that London is getting in on the spooky action as well. The London Sightseeing Pass connects the English city’s Halloween events and attractions and makes them more accessible for travelers. Seeing the Halloween events in London that are part of the London Sightseeing Pass will help tourists stretch their travel dollars.
Halloween Events in London with the London Sightseeing Pass
For Halloween, The London Tombs and the London Bridge Experience make up a two-part
attraction that takes travelers back to the medieval days in England. The London Tombs celebrate Halloween as an event with zombies galore. The London Bridge Experience is too scary for young children; as an alternative, the Guardian Angel Tours are available for children under age 11. Just for Halloween, the London Zoo is getting decorated to the theme, and is transformed into “Boo at the Zoo” until November. Also possibly creepy, the Tower of London participates in the London Sightseeing Pass — the displays of torture devices in the torture chamber are QUITE chilling.
A one-day London Pass costs $64 for adults and $43 for children (that’s American dollars). A two-day pass is $87 and $65, and three-day and six-day London Pass tickets are proportionally less as well. Anyone traveling in London in October and wanting to see some Halloween sights can stretch their vacation budget with the London Sightseeing Pass. the London Sightseeing Pass actually has over 55 London tourist attractions to choose from throughout the year: These include walking tours of British films. Wouldn’t it be fun to see Platform 9 3/4 from the Harry Potter films? Priority access with the London Sightseeing Pass allows tourists to skip ahead in line at the most popular sites.
Travelers can take advantage of London Sightseeing Passes throughout the year, obviously, but it’s so nice for this Halloween fan to see London getting in the spirit of the holiday. Pun completely intended.

Like all wonderful things Halloween began in Ireland.
The London “to-do’s” look fab.
