I can get distracted easily when driving if my cell phone rings and I cant find it or the kids are fighting, or Im stuck in alot of traffic with all of the above going on.
Besides the cell phone, I sometimes get distracted listening to audio books while driving. I had to stop and just listen to music.

So terrible that I sometimes text and drive, but it used to be a lot easier with my blackberry! When I switched to an iPhone I found out quickly that texting while driving is not a good thing. The third time I almost rear ended someone I actually tapped their bumper. Lucky it wasn’t worse!
My scariest actually wasn’t when I was distracted it was my co-worker. He would text and drive at the same time. Scared the living daylights out of me. I hated it!
I had picked up an injured cat that was lying in the road along the woods near my house, there’s an animal hospital about 10 minutes away so I decided to wrap him in my gym towels and take him over. About halfway there he sprang up into the front seat into my lap and scared the daylights out of me, I’m glad he wasn’t on death’s door but I think I might have been after that encounter-LOL!
I get distracted by people in cars next to me who have t.v.’s on. I hate that I can see the movie, because I’m always searching for what’s on, if I recognize it, etc. Totally distracting.
I remember driving alone in my SUV and one of our dogs Lucy was in the back seat. She couldn’t sit in the front seat next to me because I had been at a flower shop picking up an arrangement that was to be given to a sick friend and that arrangement was sitting on the front seat next to me so it wouldn’t fall over. So here I am driving, trying not to let the arrangement topple over and our dog Lucy is trying to crawl her way into the front seat through the opening inbetween the two front seats. I am in the middle of heavy traffic trying to keep the dog in back and the flower arrangement in tact. What a nightmare! I remember feeling so stressed when I got home I poured a glass of wine, LOL! I never anticipated that Lucy would feel competition with a flower arrangement, who’d have thought, too funny now that I look back at it!
I think this Parrot Minikit Chic is just fantastic and it is compatible with my cell phone! I live in NYS and we have very strict laws about not driving and talking on your phone. I am glad the law is in place, and this device is just wonderful!

I get distracted by my wife. She takes a medicine that has a side effect of making her gasp really loudly for no reason. The kind of sound you make when something shocking is happening….so driving down the road she gasps and I think we’re about to hit a wall or something!

I’m most distracted when I drive with our dog in the car. He just loves to see out every window. So he’ll run from the front to the back looking around.
I hate driving at night. I don’t have great night vision so that’s distracting for me. I hate getting older!
I was distracted when my baby threw her bottle out of the carseat and started wailing on the freeway. On the way to the next exit, she’d managed to throw up on herself, my hand (as I tried patting her comfortingly from the front seat) and in the carseat!
