Everyone deserves a special birthday celebration, including the iconic Mr. Bubble. He’s turning 50 this year! And the big birthday celebration is going to be held here in the Twin Cities at the Water Park of America. But this isn’t going to be your average cake and birthday song kind of party. The gathering is going to be filled with photo opportunities for families, including a Bubble Beard Contest, prizes, photos with Mr. Bubble character (my kids favorite!), cupcakes and the most exciting, Mr. Bubble will set a record by creating the World’s Largest Bubble Bath – an 8-foot high, 20-foot wide bathtub and a 2,800-square foot bubble bath area for kids and parents to play in.
Interested in helping Mr. Bubble blowout his 50 candles? The event will be held June 11 at the Water Park of America in Bloomington, MN, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Ticket information and hotel reservations can be made through WaterParkofAmerica.com – it’s not far from Mall of America - inside the Radisson Hotel Bloomington. The price of admission will be the regular water park rate.
Mr. Bubble will be surfing on the FlowRider Surf Simulator or you can join him on America’s longest indoor family raft ride. And don’t forget your family can enjoy the variety of water rides include tube and body slides. Sounds like fun, doesn’t it?
If you can’t attend Mr. Bubble’s 50th Birthday at Water Park of America still keep an eye out for Mr. Bubble’s new look and products including Body Wash, Moisturizing Hand Soap and Foam Soap, which will all be available in Original Bubble and Extra Gentle.
