Scarves are the ultimate fashion accessory and for good reason. Scarves come in all colors, patterns and materials, and they can be worn diversely and year-round. Recently, I’ve traded my summer accent scarves for my warmer, cozier options. When I travel I now have a couple of options that I will always pack. One is very clever while the other one can be worn at any occasion, including a chilly plane. Curious? Keep reading…
Go handsfree. Infinity scarves continue to adorn ladies’ outfits, but there’s one brand every lady should check out. It’s called SHOLDIT. The SHOLDIT Clutch Wrap purse looks like a infinity scarf, but it has a secret. This scarf features a hidden zippered pocket which means you can leave your handbag in the hotel room when you go out and explore. I have to admit, this scarf is changing the way I travel and the way I live day to day. I can fit money and my hotel key into the secret compartment and not look back. Windy day? Wear it as a head scarf. Need to add some color to your outfit? Wear it as a sash. Passing through airport security but don’t want to wear a passport lanyard? Zip your ID or passport into your SHOLDIT. Trust, me, this scarf will improve your travel experience.
Elegant and warm. The Pashmina Store has pretty much any scarf, shawl and wrap you desire, but one is especially ideal for travel. The Pashmina/Silk Water Stole in black is handmade and dyed by craftspeople in Nepal using the longest and finest cashmere hairs possible. Water stoles are made with single-ply, 70% Grade A cashmere and 30% silk. What I like about this particular stole is its size. At 22″ x 80″ it wraps around me easily and comfortably if you will be using it to drape over a dress or it is ideal for staying warm on a plane or on a cool evening, inside or outside. My personal Pashmina is going be seeing a lot of action over the next two weeks when I wear it to a wedding and on a Western Caribbean cruise. I know from experience that it’s always nice to have a cover-up option when there is a slight breeze in the air.
I did receive these scarves for review purposes.
