For some of us, travel and coffee go hand in hand. Seattle’s Best Coffee has new ready-to-drink Iced Lattes, and for this contest we’re giving away a terrific gift box full of them. Even if your usual travel experience is limited to your morning commute to work, grabbing one of these coffee drinks and hitting the road is a great way to have a morning treat (and save a little coffee brewing prep time as well).
Seattle’s Best Coffee Iced Lattes come in three varieties; plain Iced Latte, Iced Mocha, and Iced Vanilla Latte. This giveaway is for four cans of each, for a total of 12 ready-to-drink Iced Lattes. These ready-to-drink Iced Lattes fit the bill for coffee drinkers. They are also really tasty, but not so sweet that they’re like candy — ideal for first thing in the morning. Of the three flavors, my personal favorite is the Iced Mocha.
Now, Seattle’s Best Coffee did a little research, and found that close to 75% of Americans are in such a rush in the morning that they have adopted a few time savers to help them get out of the house on time in the morning. To enter this contest giveaway, simply leave a comment below describing a way in which you save time in the morning. The winner will be chosen by a random number generator. The contest giveaway will remain open until 6:00PM PST June 8, and the winner will be announced on June 9, 2010. Please don’t enter more than once a day, and immediate relatives of The Vacation Gals should not enter at all. Good luck!

I drink iced coffee every morning, but I keep about 5 days worth in a big glass pitcher in the fridge. I get many benefits from this — I don’t have to brew coffee each morning AND my iced coffee isn’t watered down from too much ice because it’s already cold in the fridge!
Does delegation count? My husband is great at starting the coffee for me in the morning since I’m not a morning person–he knows its in the interest of us both if he gets things going.

As someone who gets up with just enough time to get dressed and get out the door, I make my lunch the night before. This saves quite a bit of time for me in the morning! And sometimes, although not doctor recommended, I don’t take my contacts out at night. Yeah, I’m bad.

The way we make things easier in the morning is have things at our fingertips from what we laid out the night before. The lunch is ready and just needs the freezer pack to be put in the bag in the morning. The towels and the washclothes are set out for the showers the night before.
I like to save a few minutes in the morning by having my little brother make my coffee for me. Also, I drive quickly and disregard speed limits. I also ignore stop lights and turn signals. However, I would not recommend my methods for inexperienced drivers.

Every morning, I get up at 5 am and pack my fiance’s lunch. To save time, I prepack some of the items I know I will be throwing into the bag and have them ready to go. I don’t to that with his sandwich though, because I hate stale sandwiches, so I won’t send him to work with a sandwich made the night before. He gets a fresh brewed coffee and a fresh sandwich!
I get up an hour or two before the kids so I can get things done without them in the way.
