Getting older is, as they say, better than the alternative. However, as we age, it’s important to do our best to stay in good physical condition. I thought I was doing alright, but my comparatively sedentary lifestyle really caught up to me last spring. My kids’ school had a “county fair,” fundraiser: I volunteered to run an arcade booth called “Flip a Chick.” The game involved children putting a rubber chicken in a small catapult, and trying to flip the chicken into a big tin bucket.
